As a nurse and a mom of three, life is often busy and overwhelming.
The outdoors became my place to slow down, breathe, and feel grounded again — a space that helped me reset when I needed it most.
Over time, the trail became more than an escape- I became a hiker. I found clarity in miles walked, peace in quiet forests, and perspective under open skies.
But the more time I spent out there, the more I noticed the problems I couldn’t ignore: worn paths, stressed forests, overflowing trash, and parks struggling to keep up with the people who depend on them.
I wanted to help the spaces that had helped me so much. I wanted to make an impact. Not just by caring, but by creating something that could grow into real, lasting support for the outdoors.
That’s why I created Woodsy Outfitters: a brand built around practical, accessible products that help everyday people enjoy the outdoors responsibly. Each item supports a larger mission — to protect the wild places that give us peace, perspective, and room to breathe.
From the beginning, Woodsy Outfitters was created to give back. We pledge 1% of profits to the National Park Foundation, supporting the forests, trails, and parks that inspire every step of this journey.
